We opened on July 4, 2004 after a extensive renovation to our building. We provide free consultations for skin related problems including aging concerns like wrinkles, and scars, irregular pigment, cosmetic concerns like lip enhancement, spider veins, brown spots, and medical concerns like acne and rosacea. We also treat patients for all usual ailments, and WCB. In our family practice, motor vehicle accidents, we provide treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. We provide urgent care through the walk-in clinic, including stitches, foreign body removal and some casting. Unlike many clinics, our clinic is staffed by our three doctors, all of whom have the experience of 12 years in medical practice. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Craig Jacobsen Inc, Dr. Elinda Ho Inc, and Dr. Beata Byczko Inc. We are all experienced family doctors in practice since 1993.
