So whether you're looking for traditional favorites or something new and different we have it all.Our menu consists of a multitude of specialty rolls created by our chef, some are familiar and some are definitely foreign. The ingredients we use are always fresh and you can tell that our chef puts a lot of care into every sushi roll. A few of our favorite rolls include:- The Arigato Roll (made with sockeye salmon, tuna and ebi sushi ($9.25); or the Veggie Combo which includes a Veggie Roll, and one piece each of salmon, a Negitoro Roll, avocado and masago) $5.95We also have a selection of Sushi Combo's for those customers looking for a little variety; like the California Combo which includes a California Roll, blueberry syrup, mango, tobiko and corn flakes) $4.95- The Blueberry Mango Roll (made with salmon, crispy flour, asparagus, avocado and cucumber) $8.95- The Crispy Roll (made with tuna, prawn tempura, spicy tuna, cucumber and topped with smoked salmon) $8.95.- The Moshi Moshi Roll (made with wild salmon, avocado, tobiko, cream cheese, a Yam Roll and two pieces of inari sushi ($8.95).
