At Thompson Rivers University, providing a total of 24, 794 by distance and online, 170 learners on campus and 11, and a combination of excellent teaching and community-inspired research adds up to a one-of-a-kind educational journey.TRU now educates 13, internationalism is a daily reality in classes across all faculties, non-traditional learners can flourish, students are welcomed and supported in pursuit of their goals, 125 students with access to excellence. Students can choose from 140 on-campus programs and 57 Open Learning programs, academic as well as professional career paths, certificates to bachelor and graduate degrees, from trades to traditional academics, plus a growing number of interdisciplinary choices. Our diverse student body is 11 percent Aboriginal, 589 international students from more than 85 countries, and includes 2, enriching our campus culturally and academically.
